I just learned that my second oldest sis has Verizon....free calls! YEAH!!! She called this morning when I was at work and then when I was at the health food store with a friend....so I called her back after our walk to the park!! We chatted well over an hour! Gotta love that!!! her computer died so I am going to send her my archaic laptop. She isn't afraid of reformatting and putting in more memory....she may get it liveable until she can save up for a new one. I'm so excited.....phones and on line....I've got a sister back! Now, we need to work on a brother......
The Co-Op, or aka..the health food store. I followed Deb there and we picked up items for our cooking spree on Sunday. For the last 2 days we worked on our shopping lists and I have a few things to get at the regular grocery store tomorrow. For our doggie bisquets, we like the fresh ground peanut butter & the rice flour that we get at the Co-OP......and we can't get them at the grocery store anyways..... We are also going to make a white chili that she & her mom makes & we are going to make a spinach lazagna....well, the lazagna is going to be in the disposable bread tins so that we can freeze them right away and have them for dinners at a diffferent time. Actually, we are going to do the same with the chili. I think I am going to make a fruit and veggie tray for us to pick on while we are cooking.......
Oh, we are talking of making some pasta noodles up. I've done that before & love them. D hasn't made them before so it will be an experience for her. My eldest sis sent me a great recipe and we are going to try to adapt that to have garlic & spinach in them.....wish us luck!
Tomorrow, I need to go to the grocery & then clean the kitchen up...oh and clean out the refridge. i have a bunch of containers that need emptied.....I'll need them for freezing our creations......and then it is on to LAUNDRY. I've put that off the last few weeks and I realized that I have no turtle necks left & while I am not desparate on undies....I could use a refill.....
We are supposed to get into the 30's tomorrow. I can't remember when that occured last...... of course, the wind is supposed to pick up so it may just negate the mercurical advancement... We'll see....wish me luck...I could use some WARM....
Well, I keep hearing a squeaky squirrel behind me.....better go & play with a puppy......
