Here are the windows this am.
Luckily, it was a warm night.
Geoff got here around 1030 and started taking down the rest of the drywall to so that he could frame out the 2nd window.
I can't remember why, but we are going with a 6" exterior wall. I think it is cuz of the plumbing. But whatever. We have 3 LVL's that are bolted together. The wall ain't going anywhere.
What, I thought we were getting windows today?!?!?!?!
It got quite dark inside with the plywood.
Oh, good, cut away the windows.
Khak and Coz went to play with Charlie today. H picked them up on the way home. They had just a small amount of nail gun when they got home. We found that going to the bottom of the back yard made it so that he didn't get the brunt of the noise, so he did ok.
After the gun stopped, he had to go and get congratulatory pets.
The plywood got wrapped!
Carrying the window back....it was quite heavy. They used the arm straps to carry it back.
It's IN!!!
From the inside.
2nd one going in!
There are still supports inside so tomorrow I will show you the before and after! What a difference!
