Over the weekend, I did a bit of mudding. Really, that is about all I did. I really should have gotten more done. I normally have my grand delusions and last weekend sure was full of all of them! Oh well. It was just the dogs and me as H was in Daytona for the race. As we know, it was rained out and he is home and we are watching it on tv as I type.

I've put a coat on every day! There were some areas that needed built up. And if you put too much on, it cracks and shrinks, so slow is good. And I haven't really felt like sanding yet, so I've been delaying that. Tomorrow may be my day of reckoning.
The other wall.. the floor to ceiling strip needed a bunch of build up.
Geoff came back to us!
Remember, he was off on Thurs and Fri? Well, he hasn't forgotten about us!
So he ran some wire running for the lights on the patio and started to get everything for siding out there. Guess that he and Chris will side tomorrow.
Just needs to put the wires IN the box! Sounds like along with the siding, they may get the metal ceiling up...YEAH!
Jim, the neighborhood painter, stopped by tonight to get a looksy on what we need him to do. He is going to stop over tomorrow. Sounds like he has some openings in his schedule, so I had better get some colors picked out SOON!
Jim is from South Hills, PA....too bad that it isn't football season....he's become my Steeler buddy!
Oh, waiting to hear from Thomas what the ETA of the new bookshelf will be. Should be coming sometime soon. Then the uppers can go up and then it will be finishing up the painting, ceiling lights over the dining area and then on to the flooring....winding down fast!
