H made this last night with fresh eggplant from our garden along with our freshly plucked elephant garlic....oh, how yummy. As always, we did alter the veggies that we used. A little light on the squash but added some grilled sweet potato...YUM!
Today, D&M are coming for brunch. Marlin is a great bread baker....oh, how I wish I could bake as good as he does! We are planning on egg sandwiches with bacon, cheese with potato hash with leftover ratatouille. Of course, everything tastes better with good company and 3 puppy dogs!
