We drove straight thru from Utah yesterday. About 15 or so hours. We pulled into the garage around 2 am. The Khakster was EXCITED! And we must admit, so were WE!
We got up just before 9 and by looking out the window, I knew that we needed to get to the park...EARLY! It had snowed and the wind didn't take it off of the trees yet...it was georgeous!!!! Plus, we had the snow shoes and a very happy mutt!
