A lot of activity was happening yesterday at the park. This am, I saw some neighbors who said that the park will be closed the next 2 days. And this evening, we diverted a bit through the park to see some of the goings ons.
The one ball field had advertisements at the end of the outfield. It was interesting as some were national chains, local chains and just local businesses. Maybe the rest of the movie will be based around Alpharetta????
The parking lot was pretty full. I've never seen golf carts there and the PASKAL Lighting truck had Hollywood, CA written under the Paskal logo.
You know that the lights will be strong, altho, we often comment that the existing park lights look like the aliens are landing if you look at them through the trees. Hard to imagine that they will need more!
They brought the cherry pickers in yesterday on huge flatbed trucks. Then they added the rest of what is sticking out. I thought that it looked pretty cool against the blue sky, eh? And 2 of them, no less!
And the bottom of the 5th wheel has MOVIE MOVERS.com above the license plate!
So we're legit. Sen emailed me that she also heard that Bette Midler and Billy Crystal would be in town. So far, that is STILL a rumor.
