I should probably show some photos from last weekend when Toots & KB were here. We had a great time....just relaxed and did a little sight seeing. They got here on Friday in time for Pizza and so they were dazzled by H's superb grilling of the 'za. On Saturday, we took our time waking up and then headed to H's new favorite brewing company:
The tour left a lot to be desired but they were generous with samples so it seemed like our party was pretty happy.
Khaki got his wish of all wishes.....he got to be a lap dog!!!
Toots & H played a tennis match on the wii.
On Sunday, we headed to Stone Mountain where we decided to hike up the trail. It wasn't bad. We all decided that it would be a really hard trek if it was raining and wet out. The granite could get pretty slick. There was one spot where the incline was pretty steep so they had a railing to assist you. The bad part was that the railing was REALLY HOT!! Toots decided to ham it up.

This past week was great as H was home for ALL OF IT!! yeah!
We had some awesome dinners & then went to J&D's house for dinner Friday night. (J is my new buddy) They insisted that we bring the livestock so Khaki & Cozmo got to come along. Just as we were pulling into their driveway, we both heard Cozmo upchucking. Yeah, the little guy still has a sensitive tummy.
But after that little glitch, it was a smashing success! I'm not so sure who enjoyed who more...the dogs or the kids!?!!?! Of course, our mutts are not used to being around so much energy so they crashed before the kids did!
This weekend we just vegged. Our friend, Jason, came over to watch part of the Nascar race with us on Saturday and share dinner & some wine. As always, he is nice to have around.
And today was just a lazy Sunday~
