An easy weekend....

Last weekend's beautiful temperatures made us get busy out side transplanting azaleas and rosemary and trimming shrubs. And we were both kind of sore from it all. This weekend, while sunny has been more low key. We took the dogs up to Webb Bridge Park and hiked and H took a nap and it was some Nationwide racing and Olympics yesterday. I made a simply scrumptious Calamari Linguine ala Emeril. Oh my, was it good! And easy to boot! Today has been breaky, making Syrian potato salad and a green chili vinegrette for the remaining calamari for tonite's dinner. Now I am settling in and getting some ironing done. I'm right off of our bedroom and am using that tv to catch the last of the cross country skiing. H is up in the loft doing some work. I'll put Nascar on for him when the time comes. Aren't I such a good wife??????
