Sunday....

I just can't get into the Steeler game today. Maybe cuz I know that we will need to vacate the premises right at the end of the game. I hope that it isn't the nail biter that the last few games have been.

We decided to stay put this Christmas. With all of the craziness around us, sometimes you just gotta stop and smell the snow. We will miss not going to WY, and skiing and snowshoe-ing w/ P,T,B,C and we hope that they will forgive us for bailing out on them. So we will be home after all. We didn't decorate and it is too late to do so at this time. That is ok. I have a beautiful tree that I look at every day at work.

The weather has been brutal here. Snow, below zero temps and HIGH WINDS! The windchill a bit ago was -35 or so. Yesterday, we had to leave for an agent to show our house. We figured that a dog walk would be a good way to spend that time. Cozmo froze up about 3x and had to be carried for a little bit each time. He really does well, but the deep snow gets him. We have an open house this afternoon for an hr & 1/2, so we are wondering what to do. A 90 min walk IS out of the question. Maybe riding around in the car, letting Cozmo get car sick is the way to go??!! Yes, we got the neurotic dogs this time around.... but "NEEDY DOGS ARE US" is our motto!!I am lucky to have TWO guys here to take care of the snow...one grabs the front, the other the back! LIFE IS GOOD!!!

It is good to have H home.....the dogs even remembered who he is!! (it has only SEEMED like he has been gone for forever!) Yes, life is good....
