What a nice weekend! Of course, the short work week was really nice. Thursday was slow so we were able to catch our breath a bit....altho, we should have been able to get more done. That is how it goes, tho.
Thursday night we went with the Munce's to FNF for dinner. it was a nice evening. Then on Friday, we did a few chores; ie weeded the garden, cleaned the counters, started laundry, made cucumber cups mowed the lawn. C&C brought Kodi over for dinner on the deck. It was a great evening. They left around 1130 and we went back outside to enjoy the rest of the evening. Shortly after we were out there, the neighbors were out feeding the twins. So we went to their back yard and hung out with them til 130am! It was nice to be able to sleep in!
Today, Deb brought Joe over for some play time. It got pretty hot so the dogs got squirted with the hose and the kiddy pool got filled. they all went in....well, Cozmo only because he was put in there! Deb works a part time job and had to leave around 430. We kept Joe and she will pick him up around 10pm. I walked ALL 3 of them! (Harlan walked with us, but I had all the leashes) They did really well. Of course, having it be close to 90 out didn't hurt! And none of them pooped! And there were no other dogs, people or rabbits out! Those will be the biggest challenges of walking all 3 of them!
Cozmo has become the bully of the bunch! Poor Joe. He got close to Deb today in the kitchen and Cozmo barked at him and laid on Deb's foot! Then, this evening, we were out having dinner and a few times Joe would come near either H or me and he'd bark and Joe would just slink away! We don't advocate that behavior, so Cozmo got reprimanded. We think that it may be because he sees Joe and Khaki playing pretty rough and it is his way of not tolerating it from Joe. But only the dog whisperer knows.....
I was going to add some photos, but Blogspot won't allow me to....oh well, I didn't really have any new ones other than from our trip.....
