Worked yesterday for Dr. Donna. That was good, cuz she gave me a long over due adjustment. I do feel better. Then I came home and made up a tomato pie to take to the Melander's for dinner.
You see, they are getting new windows installed and we are keeping Charlie for them. And we're really nebby as to how they are turning out and what they look like and how they install them, etc, etc, etc...
And also, when your house is in kaos, it is hard to make dinner, so we all agreed that since we had tomatoes to use up and a tomato pie is more than 2 people can eat...we'd share!
Well, the windows look really good and we are definitely interested! We also left all of the mutts here at home and so we were able to eat in their living room (no table was available) and not be pestered by begging pups!
We even got to see some OLD home movies that they made....attack of the killer tomatoes....wild feed/ the food committee....oh and I can't remember some of them...other than they were hysterical.
And to think that they were the acting debuts of their kids (who are now in and close to their 30's!!!)
Oh well, today is puttering along....some laundry, a little bit of basil harvest, cleaning the kitchen....etc, etc...
