Lots have been happening here. Between painting the spare bedroom...yeah, my elbow isn't quite right, but not as bad as it was and getting ready for some of H's college friends to come to visit last weekend, we were quite busy. We went to the Aquarium when they were here and had a good time there. We also got to use our fire pit both nights that they were here. Late nights, but loads of fun.
Dog sat a friend's dog. Millie fit in quite well with our mutts and our weekend guests really took to her very well. Millie's future "dad" came to pick her up and he used his truck to pull out the measly shrubs out front! It was slicker than snot!!! Wish we would have had more shrubs! It was too fun to watch! Of course, H spend the better part of the afternoon cleaning up the mess. Oh yeah, H took this week off, so we have been trying to get some chores done around here....somewhat....
Today was cleaning the house for tomorrow. We are having J's family here. The dogs will enjoy having the kids around. So will we. H needs to get the backyard mowed and go on poop patrol. hopefully the neighbors don't have too much of a fit when he does that on Thanksgiving morning! Eeek!
