Elle....

It's been a busy week at work and that makes me a slug when I get home. The weather has been cold. we are now excited when we get into the 40's. My, how times change quickly! The winds have been pretty strong as of late and both of our maple trees have shed their leaves. Of course, that makes the back yard quite a mess. The dogs don't know where they've done their business and so they tip toe thru the yard.

Last night, Deb, Joe & Elle came over for dinner. We hadn't seen them for a few weeks. Cozmo doesn't warm up to anyone very quickly. he wasn't so sure about Elle. She's just a pup, so she's in every one's face and all. He ran from her for the most part but finally would play a bit with her. His play bark at her had a bit of terror mixed in with it. Of course, Joe would try to protect Elle & Khaki would try to protect Cozmo... it was way too funny...each big boy was protecting his "toy"!

Well, we've got a weekend full of friends and work to be done as well. Better get started on breakfast and get moving. have a great weekend!
