Catching up

Well,  I'm posting from my fone,  so I'm not sure what order the photos will publish in.   But the one is of Pop,  Claudia  and U. Al and I.    They were in Nashville so I drove up to see them.  Of course,  it was way too short,  but it was good to see them.   We did a quick perusal of Opryland and the grand old opry.  Very short sojourns, but laughs and good time was had by all.

Another pix is of our flowers out front almost a month ago.   They were so pretty and still are.  We've had a bunch of rain and while the weather gal was on the edge of complaining this morning.... I'M NOT!   Our herbs are doing unbelievable and our other veggies and flowers are coming along nicely.  And  we are liking our water bill a little more this year.  Hahaha.

Today,  I came back from Bulloch Hall to find that Khaki had black feet.  Yeah.  So I have to investigate and he, with some HELP,  I'm sure,  escavated  part of our garden!  A pepper and 3 kale plants fell victim of a violent redistribution of soil!  I'm not real happy with a big khaki dog.
Oh,  one day this week,  I came home,  was walking the yard and Khak was intrigued with something on the patio....yep, another dead bird!!   A purple finch,  I think!    Damn white dog....... 4 legs... no wings...   he just doesn't listen!

Can't wait til Y comes home and deals with HIS dogs!!!
Hahahaha!

Have a great weekend!
